Those hands do look to be holding her.. maybe consider moving the hand above her,away from her slightly, up more so...so to accentuate a feeling of grasping for her hand.
The lower arm maybe could be worked on to match the beautiful way the top arm immerges into the image through the material of her dress...it has a natural, real feel....the lower arms entry is far less powerful & meaningful.
The angles work so well...but maybe her reflection needs breaking slightly to mirror the ocean texture.
